These are handbuilt masks that I made out of a red clay and used "albany slip" glaze on they are fired to cone 6. They were originally for a fundraiser but I didnot complete them in time so they are now in my dinningroom mounted.

Long lost blog

Well it has been over a year and I haven't posted. I have been working my nursing job and trying to start a pottery business however things are slow. I have been given many ceramic molds and taught myself to pour them. I have done a few shows but money is certainly not pouring in. I have also donated a couple things to charities to raffel off. My studio is coming along. I have a new dog named Pace who is a Pittbull Boxer mix. I rescued him in March, he is about a year old and full of himself. I did alot of yardwork in the spring, digging and planting which I love and I just had my niece Logan visit me for the summer from Alaska so now that things are slowing back down I plan to start spending time in the cellar/studio. I will post some pics of things I have made over the last year.
